Welcome to al Peršéf. Here we try to tell you about the passion and dedication that we reserve for our cuisine every day. We propose an exciting journey through unique ingredients, tastes and flavors, together with our Chef Attilio, his kitchen brigade and all the staff of the restaurant al Peršéf. From the origins to the originality of taste

A sincere cuisine with oriental nuances, without borders with a continuous search for excellent raw materials in the world and in the territory. 

 

The respect for the ingredients has a great importance and its main objective is to create strong and fun flavors. 

 

Chef Attilio Galli creates Al Persef, a story based on the study and development of techniques that enhance the product and raw materials. 

In the tasting courses offered by the chef, the balance of flavors and textures is fundamental. 

 

The restaurant is located in the Livigno valley, the small Tibet of the Alps, where a warm and welcoming environment combined with the open kitchen and the view of the valley will be the setting for a pleasant evening tasting selected dishes and wines.
